PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will ensure that all project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, senior management, and clients to define project requirements, implement structured methodologies, and drive successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor project performance and progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support team and organizational objectives.

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects.
