We are hiring a KNOWLEDGE MANAGER  for one of our  client, a world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company.

 REPORTING LINE: Managing Director 

Responsible for the day to day activities of running the Knowledge Division including budget responsibility, Sales/Marketing management, auditor, back-office and financial management, staffing, training, systems improvement and interface with the other international affiliates for registration and contractual requirements.

• Strategy Planning/Budgeting – You will be responsible for the developing the annual strategic plan from which the financial budget will be developed. You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and corrective action of business strategy and budgets.

Resourcing – You will be responsible for monitoring, identifying and recruiting additional staff requirements in line with business growth and development and for achieving all identified targets for auditor utilization, sales targets, and back-office and customer service targets.

Staff Training – You will be responsible for the training program and schedules of local trainees, with the objective of developing local resources for the business as determined by the group business development strategy.

• Sales/Marketing – You will be responsible for driving the sales/marketing activities through the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans and teams. You will also be required effectively manage all sales and marketing staff and ensure that the most effective sales processes are in place and in-line with Knowledge division global requirements.

New Products: You will be required to continually evaluate the market for new product opportunities, identify and inform the Knowledge business team on any new initiatives, as well as aggressively roll-out new identified products in your affiliate.

Cost Control – You will be responsible for cost control in line with budgeted objectives and take preventative  and corrective action when required. This will include maintaining an accurate cost breakdown model as per Knowledge Business Requirements.

Monthly Reporting – You will be responsible for preparation, reporting and monitoring of monthly activities in line with company reporting format and schedules.

Internal Quality – You will be responsible for maintaining and improving your internal quality systems requirement as defined by Knowledge Business and for implementation and maintenance of Global Procedures.

Succession Planning – You will be responsible for development of your immediate supervisors. The objective being to nurture, support and train staff to become effective managers, decision makers and problem solvers in the day to day activities thus reduce the reliance of the business on individuals.

Cross-Selling As a senior manager of the company, you are required to work closely with other divisional manager, offer constructive input at meetings and assist in the cross selling of others divisional company Services.

• Master in quality management
• Minimum 07 years of professional experience in the field of quality or consulting.
• Knowledge of management system standards
• Certified Auditor
