Position Specification
The Human Resource Manager’s key focus areas will include:
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of employee recruitment and selection activities for UTCL in line with HR policies and strategies.
- Coordinate the organization-wide performance management initiatives and programs in line with HRM policies.
- Develop, communicate, and maintain the UTCL staff leave plan in line with the Company policy
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of and evaluate internal and external staff training and development programs.
- Initiate the development of HR-related policies and procedures and provide technical
- Guidance in the development and implementation of HR and other related policies.
- Develop HR plans and budgets, coordinate and monitor the implementation of such plans
- Manage and coordinate staff retirement and exit in line with the company policy
- Coordinate and manage staff welfare, compensation, and reward systems in line with HRM policies and best practices
- Oversee the operations of the company clinics and guest house

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources (or related discipline)

At least 5 years’ experience in
HR with a reputable organization (3 years at Human Resources Manager level).
